The workshop, organized by doctoral researchers from the Department of Economics at the University of Alcalá, aims to be a meeting space for early-career researchers in the Social Sciences (Economics, Sociology, Political Science, among others). Its objective is to foster connections and the exchange of ideas on their research from an interdisciplinary perspective.

The workshop will take place in person over two days (June 12–13, 2025) at the University of Alcalá (Madrid). It is open to research with both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Submissions on a wide range of topics related to social and economic mobility, inequality, poverty, and public policies, including the labour market, education, housing, health, migration, and family, among others, will be accepted.
